Welcome to Liquid Air Wear embroidery, screen-printing and the all-new DTG
(direct to garment) printing.
Liquid Air Wear was founded in 2002 in Pensacola Florida and is quickly
becoming the premier source for
aparel decorating. Polos, T-shirts, hats, bags, jackets, sweatshirts,
hoodies and vinyl for car interiors
are just a few of the items we work with on a daily basis.
Our services are offered to schools, churches, business, baseball teams,
dance clubs, cheerleading,
hospitials, doctors offices, family reunions and community events. There is
literally no job to big or too small.
Liquid Air Wear's services include:
Preparing your artwork from idea to ready to print or embroider.
Digitizing your artwork for embroidery, all done in-house with Wilcom
digitizing software, which is the best
in the embroidery industry. We also provide embroidery digitizing for
other compaines and individuals all over
the country. Digitizing is an art and takes years to learn correctly and
we are the best in the industry.
Check out some of our work in our gallery, we have digitized more that 5,000 designs.
Preparing an applique for your team uniforms from scratch, including
cutting the tackle twill with our Roland
cutter. Names and numbers can also be added in-house with viny or appique.
Direct To Garment printing is a new technology that allows us to print
full color, photo quality images directly
onto your t-shirt (available on light color garments only) with near
insta-turnaround. NO MINIMUMS!
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing is a great new means for printing a
business logo, a photo, a graphic images
or a line of copy on t-shrts and sweatshirts for business or personal
applications.
Our machine, the Brother GT-541 is considered one of the best in the
inductry. It is ideal for light and white
colored shirts the print will never crack or peel, and although it will
fade al little bit over time, it does so
gently and organically with the natural aging of the shirt. It does not
print white ink as some other machines
do. For midrange colors such as orange and royal blue, we recommend
sticking with darker print colors (like black).
We look forward to being of service.
